Hongxi utilizes vacuum coating equipment to produce coated glass, which can create different colors for glass. Anti-reflective, anti-glare, fingerprint-proof, anti-fog and other coating capabilities are available. Coated glass is widely used in optical components.
We also have electroplating equipment to color the glass and produce colored mirrors.

Hongxi applies sandblasting equipment to project fine sand or coarse sand onto glass surface, enabling us to produce frosted glass with a variety of individual patterns and designs, which can perfectly fit customers' needs, especially for customers of lamps manufacturing industry.
We also have sanders to handle glass thinner than 2mm and create a more delicate frosting effect.

Our professional team of technical personnel coupling with electroplating equipment is large enough to accomplish silver plating, gold plating and aluminum plating on the surfaces of glass with various shapes. As the glass substrate, the float glass is washed by pure water and electroplated to form protective or decorative coating layer, achieving an excellent mirror effect that can offer realistic, clear and accurate reflections. The electroplated glasses are widely applied in the fields of residential glass, glass crafts, refurbishment, optical lens, rear view mirror, etc.

Glass etching is also available, which allows to create precise and detailed lines, patterns and characters on glass surface. For instance, the calibration on reticle is produced by glass etching process to guarantee its precision.

Hongxi has complete printing equipment and technological processes, enabling to provide screen printing, heat transfer printing and ink jet printing on flat or curved glass. We can print patterns, characters and logos with any shape or color on glass, which can definitely satisfy your application requirements.

Hongxi is able to marking and engraving glass products by using laser marking machine, which enables us to custom processing your glass products no matter how simple or complex the text or image is.
